At a value of 2700 coins each for a ferris wheel, 9 of them will help you achieve your goal. Sure, you could build anything that would get you over the $23,100 threshold needed to complete the scenario, but given the build time of 1 minute and 30 seconds, why not just build a bunch of wheels instead of waiting three hours for the bumper cars to finish?
