Step 1: Build 4 Pizza Stands
First instinct might be to build the chain carousels since you can afford them. However, if you build some pizza stands on the cheap, you can easily save up for the pirate ship. Since the pirate ship has such a longer build time than the carousels, the carousels can be done at any time while the ship is busy completing. It cost me 1100 to build 4 pizza stands, which is fine. In minutes, you'll be back to your original 65,000, and soon passing it. I wouldn't recommend going past that because you're spreading your crowd thin with too many stands, which gives you the same speed of return, only costing you more to build each stand. However, if you're not going to collect regularly, it could be a helpful move, so the choice is yours. Collect Every 12 Minutes or So for Maximum Coins.
Step 2: Move the Asian Restaurant (optional)
Just to rush things, I decided to move the Asian Restaurant. The sad 4.3 coins per minute is really useless, and I'd rather build the pizza stands and max them out as possible. Even when pushed to the back the Asian Restaurant still rakes 4.3 coins/minute. Moving one of my pizza stands in its place boosts them a bit, but the coffee stand suffers a tad. Not sure if this one helped in the grand scheme, but I'm leaving it.
Remember that you've also got the hotel and ticket booth saving you some coinage, so collect on those before they fill up.
Step 3: Build the Pirate Ship
After an hour or two, you've probably raked yourself up to or past 75,000, and it's time to build the Pirate Ship. The build time on the Pirate Ship is over 8 hours, and there isn't a whole lot to speed that up with the exception of a bunch of coins. Rather than spend the $18,000 in coins to complete the Pirate Ship, I'll call it a night and collect some more coins to build the carousels.
Step 4: Build More Pizza Stands
With some extra coins I've collected before closing down for the night, I built a few more pizza stands; 4 to be exact. While this will significantly slow my collection of coins, I'll wake up to far more coin collecting, hopefully shortening my time on this scenario even further. I've also sold the Asian Restaurant, but again, I have no idea if this had any impact. If it did, it wasn't much.
Step 5: Build the Chain Carousels
Weather you quit for the night or keep moving forward, collect coins until you have enough to build 4 Chain Carousels. You're going to need $26,800 coins to build all four of them, so how you get that from here is up to you. I collected several more times (about every 20-30 minutes) before the scenario was complete.
All in all, this one takes about 11 hours to complete. I wasn't the most aggressive at collecting coins the next morning, so maybe I could have done it faster, but the three stars come easy nonetheless. Got a faster way? I'd love to hear about it in the comments section.
U can sell each building after building, it still counts as built in total.
